Why can’t I access the Electronic Exercises?
You may need to download the latest version of Macromedia’s Flash Player in order to run the exercises. The player is a free download. If you’ve already installed the Flash Player and you are still unable to access the exercises, please contact Technical Support.
Do I need to provide my instructor’s e-mail address to use the Electronic Exercises?
If you wish to use the exercises for practice and your instructor does not want to see your scores, you do not need to provide an e-mail address; you can simply click "Begin" or "Cancel"at the beginning of the exercise. If you want your instructor to be able to retrieve your scores, you must provide his or her correct e-mail address at the beginning of the exercise session.
Why haven’t I received my students’ scores?
Students’ results are not automatically e-mailed to the instructor, although you can sign up to have a weekly report e-mailed to you. To do so, you must first register for an access code and log in to the site. From the Instructor Web site, click on "Electronic Exercise Results" or "Student Exercise Results." You will be prompted to register for an access code. Once you receive the access code and log in to the site, you will see the "Custom Reporting Instructor Main Page," where you can view your students’ results or sign up to have results e-mailed to you each week.
